National Seafood Month is celebrated annually during the month of October. What better excuse do we need to sample some delicious fresh seafood and try out some new recipes. People all over the world love seafood. There are hundreds of ways to cook and eat it so there’s really something for everyone.
From our newest catch razor fish roasted to perfection, to creamy garlic scallops. Curried lobster tails, to langoustines served with chilli, garlic and pepper. There are really interesting and different ways to serve up your fish dish.
Seafood has been enjoyed by humans since way before written history. We know this from early cave drawings. Humans used bird beaks and spears carved with wood and stone to fish back then. Luckily we have much more efficient methods these days!
